Story Just a Little Time - Chapter 6

Ender and the gang parted from Icefall in direction of Winterfell, their next destination. Ender was quite excited about this leg in his journey, considering this is the first time he ever travelled through the Great Winter Tundra. "This is gonna be awesome!", he said. John Smith finished talking on the phone, and said "OK, I talked to Iris, and she warned us about a slightly big canyon a bit up ahead. Better go slow.". Ender was quite surprised with the fact that John had Princess Iris on his contact list. They all heard Lacy, who was a bit up ahead, saying "Look at that! It looks like a new species of animal! Yeah, of course I did my research before coming! Race ya there, Ender!". "I bet you they're gonna fall into that canyon", told Jack to John.
Ender and Lacy were at pretty much the same distance from the mysterious animal, looking straight up ahead. Then suddenly, Ender shouted "Look out! Canyon!". Lacy barely stopped on time, but fate was a jerk that day, so the ground fell from under her. Ender tried to grab Lacy's hand, but ended up going down with her.
"Told you they would fall.", pointed out Jack.
"You OK, Ender?", asked Lacy. Ender replied with a "Yeah, I'm fine. Falls never seem to hurt titanium alloy. Better question is: Are YOU OK?". "Ummmm... Yeah! I just hurt my ankle, that's all!". Ender offered to help: "Here, this should stop it for now", he said whilst he was putting a wet handkerchief he had soaked in the river next to them on Lacy's ankle. Jack asked John Smith: "According to the script Deps gave us last week, now is supposed to be some sensitive character development time with Ender and Lacy... and apparently an ice cat is supposed to appear soon. These things are weird...". "Well I think we better go and call help... just leave them alone to do their stuff for a while... thanks script...", replied John.
There was some silence. Lacy decided to break it, saying: "I just noticed I don't really have a goal on this journey.". "I'm sure you'll find something to do soon or later.". "True...". John Smith, Jack Harkness and surprisingly Princess Iris cuz why not came back, but were quiet about it. "Oh, hey guys! And you bought help! Awesome! See, told you that we shouldn't give up on them, Lacy.", cheered Ender. "You never said that... Oh, Ender, such an amazing person...". "Huh?", said Ender, being completely oblivious to any deeper meaning than "rambling". Iris chuckled, "Wow, he's so dense. I wonder if either of them realized that they're being saved by the Princess of Wintraria yet." Jack replied, laughing a bit: "I know right, so dense. And no, I don't think they've realized that yet."
"Glace!", shouted an icy over-sized cat. "Hey there, buddy!", said Iris. "I completely forgot to introduce him! Guys, this is Glaceon! Now, you might be wondering why I have a Glaceon. Well, it's a long story, so I'll tell you in the next town
The crew started walking to the next town. Once they arrived at the town, Iris introduced them to it and also told everyone about the whole Glaceon ordeal. "You see, Depsorian, Wintrarian, Welliwayan and Koalatian scientists partnered up to attempt to open up a portal to an alternate universe. Of course, we've already travelled outside the Universe before, but never actually visited an alternate universe. So, we happened to connect our universe to the Pokémon universe (don't ask me how, weird techy stuff that does things). So we got this insanely ridiculous idea (as you do) to set up inter-universal trade routes, and surprisingly, it worked! And we also got ourselves free Pokémon to inhabit the entire planet, and we are currently adapting to the 780+ new species (its not that much, but hey, there's always the tons of birth trates, which would probably add up another few hundred)!"
Ender was, once again, excited. "That's awesome! When do I get my first Pokémon?". "Well, were currently only giving starter ones officially in province, district, region, etc. capitals, so the nearest one to you would be Sutrika, I think. But according to what John's told me, you'll go through Biwal on your journey to Winterfell, so you can get them there."
After that, Jack suggested: "Hey, after we get a little rest here, we should set course again. So lets hurry up and get to Biwal as soon as possible."
So after a rest, the crew started their walk to Biwal once again...
"I'll be expectin you in Winterfell! Ah, what a sweet bunch. Now, if I remember correctly, now it's pizza with the Ender King for lunch."
