    Who do I need to talk to about sheriff abusing the system I have recording after the put me in handcuff with his friends at the poopy base so who ill give footage of being in handcuff and them killing me and sheriff abusing so WHOOOO

    Sherrifs cuffing you in general isn't abusing their power
