Would you consider yourself experienced with WorldEdit? Why? - I would consider myself experienced with WorldEdit because I know how to use a variety of commands, and use commands like //smooth or //set to carve out terrain or other builds.
Would you consider yourself experienced with VoxelSniper? Why? - I do not consider myself experienced with VoxelSniper because I have never used it. However, I have seen the capabilities it offers and would love to learn.

How active would you be on Brawl's Build Team? - I dedicate at least an hour per day to building on the build team.
Why do you want to join Brawl's Build Team? - Although becoming a builder has many perks, the main reason I would like to join the build team is so I could become more experienced with plugins and building techniques.

What would you consider your greatest strength with building? - Personally, I think my greatest strength in building is detailing.
What would you consider your greatest weakness with building? - I consider my greatest weakness in the world of building to be making things look natural. Making something look natural isn't necessarily difficult for me, however I have trouble with making things not proportional and making things look like they were not made by a player.

List any previous experience you have with building -I have played Minecraft since pistons were introduced, in beta 1.7. As new features were introduced, I learned them. So, I have experience in features such as upside-down stairs, or using newer blocks in builds. I also have some experience in making objects rounded, such as a round island.

To show that these builds are built my me, the map ID in Minecraft Build is 38121. They are not in my world, but I am a manager in the world they were built in.
In this picture, I had KUDA shaders enabled. I thought it looked cool with it enabled.

I included a version without shaders, too.

This is a building I built.

This is my house in my friend's world.

If not, could I get some suggestions for what I could improve on?

Your houses have a 2D feel to them, which is not that good. Maybe try to add depth next time

You've got a pretty nice start, but I personally think these are rather Creative ranks-worthy than Build Team. If you've never went for the ranks we have on creative, try going for them! You can apply for creative ranks here. Good luck!

    Short:
Sorry, your builds are insufficient. Denied.

    Long:

    • The tree looks somewhat decent, however I really don't think elements such as vines or jungle leaves go with it. I would work on cleaning up the "droopiness" of it as well.
    • The structure doesn't flow in well with the surrounding blocks. For example, grass next to the netherrack looks extremely out of place. Also, the entire region of the structure is a bit too small, and doesn't really signify your building ability.
    • If you're going to use netherrack and have that type of feel, the tree should be a bit less lively and more decaying. For example, the biome should be changed to something such as desert, and the tree should be shorter.
    • Overall, work on flow and detail. The ground detail and claws are a nice start, but show me you can do better!

    • The road in the left section of the screenshot is climbing way too fast. Try lowering your rate of change to around 5 blocks for a STEEP hill. Otherwise the road looks unrealistic. Also, for your sidewalk, make it a bit more separate from the road. Also, improve your block choice, and vary it up! Try and add a couple cars on the road, and maybe even lampposts.
    • The terraforming and detail around the house needs major improvement. I can visibly see use of spheres, which suggests the terrain wasn't smoothed right (By hand should be your choice in this case). Also, the terrain has an unrealistic aspect, in that a fast growing 10m high hill just comes out of nowhere in the middle of a flat prairie. Not only that, but it just cuts itself off in the back of the house, instead of the continual growth. Finally, improve your block variety in the ground.
    • The house itself looks alright, however I think aspects such as the roof and general detail can definitely be improved. You did a decent job at using stairs, just be sure to alter some block choice. Also, try and add windows next time, instead of holes.

    • I think this house looks a bit better than the previous one, however, it still needs major work. The first thing I am going to comment on is how you have poor exterior design. There is only the bush, which goes in a pattern, and the pond looks very out of place. Here would be the best spot to place your tree. The thing I somewhat like is your porch; the lamps look nice.
    • The actual design of the house could use a bit more detail. Try experimenting with slabs and stairs, as you did in your first house. You should be very proficient at doing this. Maybe view some examples on google to get an idea?
    • Your interior also looks very bland from the windows. Glowstone isn't that great of a block choice (lower right), and I don't see much wall detail on the inside. However, I can't see much of it, so I'll leave it to you to judge.

Unfortunately, these faults should be completely wiped out before you apply, so work on it. Alternatively, as @mikemulti posted, these could get you a basic creative rank. Hopefully my feedback will help you on your building endeavors.
