    Can someone put/create in a system in that you can buy and sell your house or disown your house please make this happen it would be awesome. The amount of houses are all gone as well so can the creaters please make some new houses and maybe have a town map in every city so we can see the towns maybe.

    I was thinking more of a system where if the owner of a house/HQ hasn't been online for a certain amount of time the house automatically becomes available again for it's original price.

    Yes! Buying houses for cheap and selling them for more expensive prices! We are all now real-estate agents!

    I would like to sell my house, but Maybe it would be possible to sell it for a little less than you bought it.

    I like the Idea, but it could be changed a little. As @Nezzr said, it would have to be for less money then when you purchased it.

    Umm..... you can already disown your horse. Shift click it and hit "Set Free." After that, you don't have a horse.
    To be honest though, I did wish we got money back for selling them.
    My input on all horses:
    All arounder: 2500
    Mule: 1750
    Speedy: 1750
    Normal: 1000
    Those should be the prices I think that you should get when you sell your horses

    I think if you were to sell the house there would be a option to either (Sell/Give). The selling portion of this would sell the house back to the "Town" for 1/5 or a 1/4 of the price you bought at or you could give it away to someone else.

    Also having more houses added in would be great. Adding in really expensive mansions all the way to really cheap houses. Maybe even add in cheap tipi's that only allow one maybe 2 chests inside. Giving new players a place to store stuff.
