You can't, you just rob it through the gui menu.

You right click the conductor and select the lasso. After, you type in yes and wait fro the time. You will receive a major bounty, but will also receive $1,500. You can't rob conductors after another, you must wait 30mins.

So it's that easy. This is perhaps the easiest crime to commit as long as no sheriffs are around. How high does it raise your bounty, and does it make you rogue?

Raises it quite a bit. About 10k bounty if you rob all 4.

If you type "Yes", it will give you a starting bounty of 1k. Then, if you finish the job, you'll get another 2 or 3k.

You can get a various amount of money based off of the time since it was last robbed. I believe that $1,500 is the minimum. Also, you just cannot rob that specific conductor for 30 mins, but you can rob others if they haven't been robbed within 30
Going back to the question, as others have said, you can only rob the conductor, you can't attack it

No, it's capped at 1,500. There's no minimum or maximum.
    Speaking about robbing conductors
Today @_Featherpaw_ by far the only sheriff that doesn't check so I just rob it when shes on. Because well no need to fear a sheriff that I have yet to see ingame yet /shrug

And I've made 2k on a robbery before I got sheriff, are you sure?
And also, from a sheriffs POV, conductor robberies are some of the hardest things to get to on time because we are either checking bases or mines most of the time

I waited 2 extra minutes to see if she was afk or anything. Plus don't round up 1.5k to 2k >:V I've robbed the conductor a lot. Probably 20 times now. Always 1.5k
