Operation Blind Paramour

"It's always the hardest when losing a soldier very early in the month. It hurts more when the thing you hate the most kills one of your partners.
Sibongile Masthoba, died by a Drone flanking her. She was the Scout of the team, leading us towards her guidance to help us. Quite the most useful Soldier along my side, we made a deadly duo. At last, her faith was sealed when she ordered me to fire at the Drones, I triggered two more Drones out of the three, one was destroyed instantly, the circuitry bursted into magnificent colors. I fondly hated myself for following her in thirst for victory. May you rest in piece brave Soldier.

Upon defeating the Drones, we triggered more aliens along the way, Sectoid Plasma pistols across 14 meters were no match for our long range combat. I spent more days in Fatigue than anyone, recovering after the mission, I began writing this. Memories still surge through my brain and more questions arise. Why are the Aliens abducting people. Maybe in the future the answers will bestow upon us in a dark fashion."​
