c4 glitch in infect

    If you put a c4 down in a pile of humans and then you die, the c4 blows up kill lots of player. this is really unfair and annoying so can someone fix this?

    It is also a grenade glitch...I think? I've seen it done before and had it done on me before and it is pretty annoying.
