    Title says it all. To replicate, just stand in spawn while being a mage and start firing any spell.

    I kept doing /mage and spamming lightning LOL

    Or you could just wait for the meter to fill back up, but you're probably not patient like that.
    BTW, That's call "exploiting a bug", which could get you in trouble.
