    I'm surprised something like this hasn't been done yet on brawl. Recently, I replied to a thread talking about how I haddnt observed users being encouraged to move outside the current meta of the game. So what if we added a mission system? It could be simple things like:
    "Cap five flags in ctf mode"
    "Land thirty headshots"
    "Survive ten near death experiences"
    (Note that these are examples, I'll leave the actual missions to the coders)

    The user would be rewarded with things like modifications for their weapon (something @Totom3 has already said he was looking into), credits, and a sizable chunk of experience points.
    Something else you could get from these missions are name tags, which can be used to name your weapon. (A little cosmetic thing I've always wanted).

    If there was a reason to expand our meta, people would do it. Right now all we've got are skullys and isos running around because that's what everyone else is doing.
    So let me know what you think below.

    Edit: yes. This is for war 2.0. I'm not sure why people assumed that I was talking about the original that hasn't been worked on in like... Two years

    This system would make War more enjoyable in a way. Adding as you said missions but the term challenges is in my opinion more suitable is a pretty creative idea. Players will be able for example to challenge others and also win more prizes.

    I totally second your idea. I would love to see this feature in-game.

    Not sure why it would be assumed that this is a suggestion for war 1.0 but okay.
    This idea is for war 2.0
    There we go, didn't know I needed to be captain obvious about this. I'll update the thread

    WOW i love the idea, so it will give players something to aim for! Maybe a skip mission for 200 creds?
    And maybe a special modification when you nuke with a weapon so with the m1401 you would get a special modification which would give players something to do instead of just playing, and a tag would be added when all the missions were complete and you could prestige (So restart) and a name tag when you have nuked with all weapons?

    Nice idea!! But yes, imo, people should be able to skip missions somehow (maybe creds or somefin)
