    A bartender that sells a unique Beer drink, cheaper than Bourbon. He would obviously stand behind the bar, next to where you spawn into the train.

    A Chest at the end of the train, so you can sprint through the cars, pressing all those buttons, and hope to loot the chest. It would be just one normal chest, like you find in the wild, with food and medicine and stuff having a chance to spawn.

    Any other simple ideas to make the Train more than a 30 second afk?

    I like the bartender idea it would be cool. You should just clarify if this drink does something/anything. I think it would be cool with the chest but why would medicine or leather armour be in a train?
