Brawlers.

Hello Brawlers,​

Before anything else, I would like to get things straight by telling you how surprised I was when I saw all of the threads criticizing Brawl and mainly the staff team too. Indeed, as the majority of you might already know, there has been (especially for the WarZ servers) a ton (sort of) of pejorative threads slagging a large number of factors off which, fortunately make Brawl exist for as far as I know 4 years. Moreover, I am going to talk about a personnel experience as an old staff member. Therefore, I will be trying to be as subjective as possible not to affect your opinions.

As I said above, I have actually been a staff member during more or less five months in Brawl and I am not going to tell my life story about what I have done within the team and I of course do not know everything concerning the staff team and how it has changed since I left but I am able to assure you that all staff members do everything they can to produce a good server experience as you wish, and this, everyday. Also, the staff members (JMOD, MOD and SMOD) are unpaid workers, and they spend their everyday life helping you, banning people, being active etc. They are like you as well as me, they are human beings, not robots, they are not able to be at the disposal of all of you in whatever way seems best to you, and apart from Brawl, they have got a life, some of them study or others certainly work, who knows? So please respect them as human beings and volunteers. Additionally, as I could notice, most of you have been complaining about recurring problems regarding DDoS or hacks, particularly on WarZ. And I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth that the DDoS reports are handled as fast as possible, they do their best to resolve these kinds of problems. Same for the hacks.

However, this is your job too, the staff members are not the only one who always have to "hunt down" all of the hackers on any server, this will make their job more tiresome than it already is. This takes you only 5 minutes to record a player who is currently hacking or breaking one of the server rules and then to report him/her to a staff member. You belong to our community, in no instance you are excluded from doing this "job". Admittedly, I can understand that after a while, enough is enough. But we will never be able to ban all of the players who can likely hack.

Consequently, you ought to think that all of the staff members are like you, they can not be at your service 24/7. They have been doing a wonderful work to make everything as we expect and make Brawl playable since this community has been created.
