New eula, how is brawl supposed to survive?

Now I know that brawl wants to support the new eula, couse of the blacklist and stuff. (

But to be honest, how do you guys plan to survive? You can't! Look at mineplex, since they upgradet the server they had to release 2 new ranks both way more expensive then the old ones.
Now let's take a look on what the eula is supposed to do:
Stop little kids from buying stuff with the credit card from their mom.
Now does the eula do that in any way? NO
It is making it worse, Mineplex is suffering right now, they are doing everything they can to stay alive, but I think that mineplex is going to die soon. (Simply because of all the money they have to spend. They pay their devs they have huge server costs.)
Just look at mineplex, they added a beta system (pay idk 130$ to play on this server befor everyone else), those things, those stupid things break servers. They have to keep on creating new ranks, why? Because at some point too many people already bought the rank, so only a few people are willing to buy them. What do they do? Create a new rank, a more expensive rank. What happens? The players feel like they have been scammed. Well that is actually what happens.
Right now mineplex is scamming their community, just look at the people who bought the Ultra rank, when it was released it had everything! Now it has pretty much nothing compared to the other ranks. That is pure scamming.
And this will happen to brawl too, you WILL loose those who are willing to donated to a server, and the server will shut down!
Just wait until one of the big servers fall and mojang will realise what they have done, and maybe change the eula again.
I don't know what server is making the most money but to be honest I don't think brawl will survive with cosmetics only, I mean it is not really that good for you if your particels or your colored name tag or whatever is giving away your position on war or warz right? xD
Noone will buy particels for war, warz or any other server where it is all about skill, they give you a disadvantage.
Let's just take a look at the brawl shop:
War: Everything that can be purchased has the be removed from the shop. (Even if you go like here you can buy it ingame with credits)
Warz: Everyone buys the warz rank so they can teleport so they can play without their team, and get together as a team in seconds, but without that who would buy the rank?
Wildwest: Everything the rang provides you has to be removed.
Survival: Well sadly those ranks won't exist anymore too.
Hardcore Games and Capture the Flag
Ah yes this is where the fun starts right? I mean you pretty much loose everything with those servers right?
Those ranks won't exist anymore and those who paid for their kits get pretty much scammed, I mean those ranks were exclusive right?

Everything that makes money on brawl will be removed!
Brawl WILL die when you removed those purchasable ranks / items.
Now again cosmetics won't get you the money you need. Brawls server simply are those servers where one step could be your downfall and where you want to OUTSKILL your enemy.
You can't create those beta server like mineplex where you have to pay 130$ to play on a beta server, simply because you DIDN'T REALLY CREATE ANY SERVERS IN YEARS.
Yes you created minecraft party and yes you created Wildwest,and ofc Survival PvP and skywars but noone would pay to play on a server that is pretty much just a copy of another server.
Now looking at mc party and Wildwest, two servers in idk 3 years well not really worth a rank right?
And you can't just go ahead and spam out server like Mineplex right now to always have one server in the beta phase because you still need to update the old server otherwise the player will just leave brawl (just look at war... you fools).

So... ok now again it does not make much sense to add something with cosmetics because again it gives you a huge disadvantage and people would target you, simply because your armor changes color, you already have that effect on war, if you have the colord tag you always have 3 people shooting your instead of one.

Can I sell “kits” for hard currency if I provide a balanced alternative for non-paying users?
If the “kits” contain gameplay-affecting features they are not allowed. Gameplay balance is not relevant to the EULA. If the items included in the kit are purely cosmetic, you can charge real money/hard currency.

Well right now there are 6 war server 3 of them are always empty while one of them is broken... so no need for that right? I had many war 1v1 in the last weeks so no, not really. Well does not make any sense to have something like that for the others server couse it really is no fun to play on those alone or with 4 players xD.

Now again to sum this thread up: Do not upgrade the server! Do shotout ingame like:"Don't update to 1.9.3 or whatever if you still want to play on brawl". Brawl can't survive with cosmetics only, and chap won't get his millions of $$$ if you upgrade the server.
Just wait, at some point the other big server are going to die, that's when mojang realises what they have done.
That is what Hypixel seems to be doing right now, and how you could see, Hypixel did NOT get blacklisted, they are scared of the community.

Hypixel is against the eula, and if you look at mineplex you can see how hard they are trying to keep the server alive something brawl can't do, simply because the admins don't make a living out of brawl.

 

We are already blacklisted....

 

If the minecraft server die the minecraft community dies = no more money for mojang (because no one would buy minecraft anymore because people are only buying minecraft to play it online, for singleplayer there is something called a cracked version beeing used by MANY MANY people) = no more money for microsoft = they loose a **** ton of money because they overpayed for mojang.
