Drastically Alternate the Course of History.

    So everyone who lived through December 21st 2012 should all tell their children and grandchildren that the 2012 End of the World thing actually happened. We should all say how all the people in the world had to team up against the aliens and destroy all of their spaceships and bring their species to extinction. Once we do, we'll write these made up stories in history books and publish them. For anyone who says how the 2012 thing never happened, we'll just say their memories were deleted by the aliens. After that, the future generations of humans will learn this and this will pass on for probably until the end of time.

    If this actually happens, the world will actually screw up it's own history record.

    We can state that the movie 2012 was an actual documentary taken on the spot. We can say the story was oral tradition passed own until we decided to turn it into a movie. Just delete the credits and the copyright, and we are golden.
