Sheriff HQ NPC's

    So the sheriff headquarters currently has two NPC's. The Kevlar Vendor, and the Sheriff Station Selector.
    I think the sheriff HQ should be a little more home-friendly to sheriffs. This idea is very simple.

    I think two NPC's should be added to the sheriff HQ. Both exists already in Wild West, so it should be easy.
    The sheriff HQ should have a Head Hunter, and a Food Merchant.

    Food merchant? I mentioned something about food a month ago for sheriffs.
    Head hunter should give sheriffs more money at the HQ too

    I've never seen the need for a food merchant considering that there is usually a few scraps of food lying around in chests. It would make sense if sheriffs had a head hunter, though heads are worth so little, I still probably wouldn't use it. I doubt that we would be allowed to have one that gave us more money than others. :/

    What we really need is a donut vendor npc...
