    Question: Let's get to the point. Why did PoixMine get accepted? Are we allowed to know all of the reasons? In my opinion that's not "fair", I mean, all players without exception must post an application before scheduling the interview and getting accepted. He did schedule the Jmod interview, but where's his application? Apparently, this is because of his amount of reports per month, but please don't get me wrong, in this thread, is Signatured only speaking about reports?

    This is not a rant, a negative thread or something else, I just want to know all of the reasons because it's very odd right now.

    Poixmine was offered the chance to be interviewed for Trial Moderator because he met all the requirements and had outstanding amounts of reports during the last months. He passed the interview and was thus promoted to Trial Moderator for War.
    Players might be handpicked for an interview again in the future if they are specifically outstanding, the main way for becoming a staff member will still be applying on the forums though.
    We always strive to have as many staff members as possible within the requirements in order to moderate the servers properly.
