    Hello Brawlers,
As you might already know, Mojang, the creators of Minecraft, have a EULA that all players and server owners agree to when signing up for the game. Lately, Mojang has taken up enforcing this EULA full force in making sure that server owners and account holders are not violating any part of it. Brawl has been notified that it is added to a list of blocked servers. This means that players on Minecraft version 1.9.3 will not see our Minecraft server running when trying to connect with the server address, brawl.com.

Therefore, here is a little guide with the useful and the most important questions:

    1) Players can pay you in order to play on your server:
For example players are allowed to pay 5$ to be white-listed BUT the price must be the same for everyone, without exception.

    2) You are allowed to accept donations:
Easy to understand, players can donate for a server but without excepting anything in return.

    3) You are allowed to advertise your server:
You are allowed to ask a firm to advertise your server.

    4) You are allowed to sell in-game items, as long as they do not affect the gameplay:
You can sell items, such as particules, ranks, pets etc. But in no instance they can affect the gameplay. For example, you can not sell swords, guns, potions, and even dirt. Remember that capes are the exception to this rule - you are not allowed to give them away or sell them.

    5) You are not allowed to sell coins for real money:
It was one of the way to get round the previous Mojang rule. From now on, it is not allowed to sell virtual currency for real money.
However, if this system is used for example in-game trade only, it is allowed.

    6) You are allowed to sell ranks on your server.
Ranks are allowed so long as any perks gained are cosmetic. Colored names, prefixes, special hats etc. are fine.

    7) You are allowed to charge for access to server commands:
As long as their effects are purely cosmetic. Commands that affect gameplay, such as a command to fly, cannot be sold for hard currency.

    8) You are not allowed to sell "kits" if they do not provide a balanced alternative for non-paying users
If the “kits” contain gameplay-affecting features they are not allowed. Gameplay balance is not relevant to the EULA. If the items included in the kit are purely cosmetic, you can charge real money/hard currency.

    9) When the EULA blacklist system hits, will servers be blacklisted forever until the comply with the EULA?
    Until compliance.

I have a question though, when the EULA blacklist hits, will Brawl be blacklisted forever or until they comply with the EULA?
