    I think most people have started to play in 1.9 so maybe switching to 1.9 may make a huge change but will also get most of your people back or.. you can have 1.9 and 1.8 by accepting both in a server I know Minevision does that by allowing people with 1.8 or 1.9 to enter but 1.9 people can play creative and 1.8 can't but both can play rest but this way you can slowly switch every server to 1.9 and then the whole server without shutting off the server and taking 1 week to change everything. Also the vote links aren't working properly maybe its a glitch or something or you purposely shut it off because of the EULA thing I don't but thanks

    Players using 1.9 can already join Brawl; the servers are currently blocked by Mojang for all versions.
