    Yea Mojang recently "blocked" the server but there are ways to bypass it such as Forge and other launchers that aren't Vanilla Minecraft but most players get on this ip : brawleula.hopto.org

    Mojang has blacklisted all Brawl servers for not complying with the EULA which is the reason why you can not connect. The developers and staff members are actively working on changing all servers and making them EULA compliant, refer to this thread for more information.
