Personally, I would suggest playing build instead. Soon creative and build will be merging into one giant build server, and due to this you are not allowed to use 1.8 or 1.9 blocks on creative. Build offers a wider range of world choice, more block variation, and everyone can use WE. Of course, it is your choice though.

 

Sure. On build you can have your own world. This means that you have an entire area (Like 500 x 500 or something like that) to build on. Everyone has World Edit enabled. You can also build things over a complete void.

Like I said, you can make your map private, so no one can TP. If you don't know what I mean, basically you can't go to other peoples plots, because plots are different worlds!

But honestly, the best way to learn the build gamemode is by just building.

 

Close. A map's default radius is 256, so the total map dimensions are 512x512.

Pros to Minecraft Build:

• Bigger space to build on initially
• World edit is enabled for everyone
• Able to make maps private so you don't have to deal with snooping players

Pros to Creative:

• Easier to look at other player's builds
• World edit is available, but only through an application on the forums
• Able to get plots of various sizes (depending on what size of build you want to make)

One of the minor cons to Minecraft Build is that newer players are unsure of how to view other player's maps. If the map is public, you can easily /map <map number> to visit it or /tp <username> to teleport to other players.

 

1.- There are different worlds of plots:
World 1-(when you spawn), I dont know the dimensions of the plot but its enough for start your adventure
World2-Glitched go world 3
World3-It has bigger plots than world1 the dimensions of the plot are 315x315.
World4-I dont know alot about this world but i think theyre plots have the same size as World3 plots.

Also, the WE of the creative server is better than the MCBuild server.

 

1. Plots are available and the amount and size is based off your rank

2.WE ranks are available if you apply for them with your own builds

3. 1.8 and 1.9 blocks are not available in creative
