Bug Gunning on a Horse Glitch

This doesn't happen all of the time but most of the time it does. I'll be on my horse and a player will come by and I will have to kill him. I try and shoot while on my horse and I get like 5 direct hits with carcano/model/mauser and he doesn't take one shot. He kills my horse and I shoot him once right when I get off my horse. But that's only one shot and he kills me. You notice how when I got off of my horse I shot him? This has happened to me numerous times lately and it is stupid. Usually I will get off of my horse if I see a guy so I can actually hit him. (I know I'm not that bad of accuracy) I find it easier to process drugs because my horse usually isn't there. I know most people don't have this problem because the other day @Danker_Memerson (or whatever his name is) killed 3/4 of my team on a horse with a T-Gewer/Carcano and a Model/Mauser. Please reply if you have this problem too.
