    When Brawl finally updates fully to 1.9, some gamemodes might include shields. For any that do, you should be able to change the banner decoration as a donator perk. I think it should come with VIP, MVP and ELITE, but should also be available to buy separately.

    For HG, shields will probably only be obtained from crafting them, so when you craft a shield normally, instead of giving you the regular shield, it should give you the shield with your banner on it.

    Yea why not, now when the new EULA has came out, the only way to make money is by skins, exactly how CSGO is doing, expect that the game costs but I guess that wouldn't be any good for brawl.
