How to balance Infect

    Hey everyone!

    Earlier I was reading a thread by @iMadeAThing called "boring infect" (he said that Infect is unbalanced because zombies won rarely, due to the Rays, Laws and miniguns) who gave me some ideas about how to balance infect, so I'm sharing them:

    At First, do not let an AFK be root.

    The root has a big importance in the zombie team, because he has a blast protection against raygun, so he can pass through the peoples more easy than a simple zombie, and an afk root... is just going to have more deaths. There're a lot of plugins who can detects AFKs, so I think this is easy to do.

    Secondly, add zombie helps.

    - If 1/6 of the players aren't infected before the 50 first seconds of the game, all the zombies get Speed 2 or 3
    - If 1/5 of the players aren't infected before the 100 first seconds of the game, all the zombies get 1 grenade
    - If 1/4 of the players aren't infected before the 200 first seconds of the game, all the zombies get 1 C4
    - If 1/3 of the players aren't infected before the 300 first seconds of the game, all the zombies get 1 Tomahawk (this is op)

    Thirdly, add more zombie killstreaks

    Currently, zombies has only one killstreak (I don't count ammo) who is the emp, at 15ks (5 zombie kills). One more killstreak can be cool, I don't really have any ideas for this one, but we need something easy to code, like an effect or something like that. Say your ideas in the comments!

    And finnaly, my ideas to balance infect for the blue team, because zombies won sometimes! Lmao

    Killhouse2: Well, zombies always win on this one, because of the wooden tower an the lack of spots, my idea is to make the tower in half-slabs, or make the c4 impossible to place on, because it's impossible to survive in this wooden thing.
    2. Add more spots at the spawn

    FiringRange: Small map again, my idea is to move the hedge of the map, and make it a little bigger.

    Same for Studio

    Not really sure how to stop an afk from being root.

    Actually... Whenever i play infect the Zombies always win, There are only like 2 maps were zombies rarely win

    Anti AFK plugin. If you are immobile/inactive in chat for X amount of seconds, you are kicked to the hub server. These are easy to find and install.
    Shouldnt this thread be titled Balancing Infect instead of Unbalancing?

    I know that but some players afk for a couple of minutes then come back expecting to be in the game. Be annoying to leave to do something then come back and be kicked from the game

    Add the no-afk-root thing though :v

    kh2 is a classic map; don't change it.

    Ok how about a different comeback to the copy-paste response: If the maps aren't fair, then the game isn't fair, simple enough?

    Also +1 to the AFK kick idea

    You do know that infect is so easy for zombies?
    And if you still think it's too hard just remove Ray-Gun from infect.

    That's what I said lol. So don't change anything about the infected or survivors, only change the maps.
