Moar chests

    Add loot chests to cartels. You could find drugs unprocessed or processed in the cartels and items from rebel bases. Maybe even diamond armor and guns.

    I agree with this, there needs to be better loot in chest and more of them in certain areas.

    Wild West is based on mining, processing drugs, robbing and killing but not on looting chests. They are a small extra, allowing you to get a bit of food and supplies while doing one of the activities above, but you are not supposed to get a lot of gear from them.

    The idea wasn't to get full gear, but something useful. Not coal.

    Bandages, bones and food are essential and therefore useful, coal can be used to cook raw food.

    The thing is that cartels are full of chests that are all empty, adding loot to them gives a better incentive to take the cartel. Also, you gotta stand in the cartel for 2 whole minutes with nothing to do so looting chests will help pass the time.

    Ah, I think we mis-understood you then. I just checked two cartels, one had unregistrated chests and one had no chests. This is a bug that needs to be fixed.
