Wild West: Robbery 2.0

Robbery. Not that wide of a topic on Wild West. Profitable and illegal, sure, and you can only rob the Conductor. Why is this? You should be able to rob more than just the conductor. This is a small fix but it will make the game more realistic. First off, robbing different NPC's should give you different amounts of money depending on what NPC it is that you're robbing. All NPC's should have a different amount of time to rob. Also, I think that you should be able to rob almost any NPC. I know that one of the reasons you can only rob the Conductor is because the sheriff station is near the town and the sheriff is able to just store all their items on a horse, send them to a stable, do /kill, go to the sheriff station in the town that the person is robbing, and - BAM - arrested. The NPC's that are farther away from the sheriff station should take more time to rob to make it fair for the sheriffs. There should be an NPC in the drug fields which you are only able to rob for some unprocessed drugs.
