Glitch Glitch into the ground when trying to hq,

just like the title, everyone glitches into the ground when trying to hq, we just call mods on the game to tp us out, but today, my friend @FabulousZack and me fell off the world and died in the void, my body spawned in ellsworth town hall, i saw it in spectator mode after i died, picked up the stuff , but zack's body despawned under the house, lost full d, t-g and a model, hope staffs can fix the glitch and we rlly hope he can get his stuff back
