Rogue and PVP Logger

    I think if you're rogue and you decide to logout, your PVP logger should stick around for a minute instead of the few seconds it does now. With that said, this would discourage you from logging out outside of towns. You would have to go to a town to logout so you don't leave behind a logger.
    Now, I know many of you will be saying, "Oh @Gehenna_Beam, you just want things to be easier for you as a sheriff!" Well, this isn't just a problem for sheriffs, but for any player who wants to kill you.
    BTW, don't even try /team hq. It doesn't work anymore when you're rogue.
