I was at a bank earlier when I thought, "why can we rob conductors, but not banks or do heists?" I just thought this should be added and these are some ideas. To do these heists you need to have a team of 2-4, with a second team that would be your temporary heist group where you can invite people.

Ellsworth robbery : You find a man on his porch at his house. This is located in Ellsworth, his house is dusty and broken up. You talk to him, and he tells you he had some problems with his bank and bar. He had been gambling all night he tells you, but couldn't ever hold his liquor. He started to think there were some ingredients in his drinks, so he started questioning the bartender. The bartender refused to tell him all of the ingredients in the drinks, so the man started getting mad and got into a fight with the bartender. He was later arrested and had the bank bail him out, but he would be in debt. When he was bailed out, he was thousands and thousands of gold in debt, and he was told if he was gone from the house for over a hour of his time, it would be fixed and put up for rent for another person. He asks you if you want to help him, and it could pay really good, but it could get you in lawful trouble. If you say no, he will tell you that maybe he can find another person who might be up for it. If you say yes, he will be happy and tell you the cost for the setup (3,000g) and you can confirm if you want to do it.

Setup- Dynamite : The man you decided to help tells you that there is some strong dynamite at the rawhide mine. Your team goes there, and you need to look for the dynamite. It can spawn in one of 3 places, in a carriage, in a minecart, or by a mound of ores. The dynamite will be in a chest, and when you collect it you have to return to the man. When you get back, you will see a sheriff talking to the man. You will have to put the dynamite in the back to avoid the sheriff. If you are spotted for too long, the sheriff will inspect your team and find the dynamite. If you don't avoid the sheriff and this happens, NPC officers will go after you until you can stay unspotted for 3 minutes. Once they are no longer after you, you can return the dynamite to the man on the porch or at the back of the house.

Ellsworth robbery heist : You talk to the man, and he tells you that its time for everyone to see bandits get things their way. He tells you how you are going in (explained later in paragraph) and how you get the money. You enter the bank with whatever items you talked to the NPC with. You need to intimidate a couple civs by holding a weapon to their face or aiming a gun at them. You can pick between a couple things to say when you walk in, all will have different ways of intimidating the enemies.
Don't move, don't talk, no blood. - This will intimidate the enemies at a 80% rate, you wont need to do much to keep them down, but you still need to threaten them.

Get down! This is a robbery! - This will tell them what's going on, so they might try to run for it but it's a quick way to intimidate them if you use it right. 60-90% depending on threat of your weapons.

hollur hollur gimme dollur huehuehue - This will make you look stupid. Civilians will see you have a weapon and might stay down, but they will notice that you don't seem too serious about what you are trying to pull off so they are more likely to run for it or possibly disarm you and threaten your team.

*Shoot banker* Talk or move, you're next!- This will scare the hostages as soon as the banker falls, almost nothing can go wrong with this, other than the fact that there will be more cops from the fact you killed a civilian.

The leader of the group uses the dynamite to open the door into the vault. The leader must mine out all of the gold in the vault, collecting four bags filled with gold. Once they get all the bags, there can't be a player carrying more than the limit (four people, each gets one. 3 people, 2, 1, 1. two people 2, 2) When you open the front bank doors, there will be cops all around. You need to kill these officers to be able to get to the escape sequence. You need to get to the railroad and hijack the train. Once you are on the train, you need to jump off in the space between 2 towns. Afterwards you need to go back to the man in Ellsworth and deliver the gold. He will tell you that you will get your cut within the week (you get your cut right after the heist) and that would be it for the heist. When you finish, you will have a 7.5k bounty, but sheriffs can't go after you for 10 minutes. The payout (which would be 40% for leader, 20% for rest) would overall be 80,000. You will be unable to play this heist for a day (24 real life hours) after completion.

This is just one idea, it took quite a while to type so I'm just taking a break, ill add more soon!
