Denied Some type of application to become a sheriff

Brawl Wild West Sheriff Application:

Have you read over the Sheriff Handbook here? - Yes I have multiple amounts of times and understand all the guidelines that @Lord_Roke has put down.

What is your in-game name? - CrossBoone
What time zone are you in? - EST (Eastern Standard Time)

How long have you been playing Wild West? - I played it when the server first opened up, and quit for about 2 months, and now I play quite a bit after rejoining about 2 months ago
How active would you consider yourself? - I usually don't play to often on weekdays, but I play lots on the weekend (2-5 hours unless I have a sporting event or special occasion) and I will be very considerable towards my other peers.
Why do you want to become a sheriff? - I saw that some of the better players were getting their opportunity to become a sheriff, (@Verlyn @TwisterPvP @NickManEA ) and I wanted to try myself by giving myself a whirl. I also want to be able to communicate towards all the people on the server, and as a gangster, usually doing illegal acts, my time is taken up and I don't talk much in chat with the other people. But, as a sheriff I will be asked more from people I know and don't know. I always like meeting new players, and helping them out in order to bring our community together. Finally, I'm in P3w and all my teammates are sheriffs, so I might at least try.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges your rank will be taken away? - Yes I fully understand this and I will accept the fact of the scenario if I happen to become a sheriff.
