How does the lobby connect to different brawl servers?

    First off, I am asking this question here because the chat is very annoying today. Second, now you're wondering what I mean. I am asking how the server is able to connect directly to different ips and take you to a different server, just by clicking a button. If you're an admin and you're confused by this question please pm me.

    We parse out the IP to determine which server you're trying to join. I'm not sure exactly what you're asking beyond that.

    When you connect to our servers your connection is controlled through a proxy hosted by us (BungeeCord). Using BungeeCoord and our custom code, we're able to send you between servers without ever disconnecting you.

    When you connect to "3.minecraftbuild.com" without logging on the lobby, you are still connecting to our BungeeCord.
