If you are in need of any help, then contacting a staff member is always the best option. There are multiple ways that you can get into contact with the staff, including the forums, in-game, Slack and also Teamspeak.

Forums

Getting in contact with staff members will most likely be slower than all of the other options, however if it isn’t urgent, than this is the best option. The best way to speak to a staff member on the forums is by sending them a private message by clicking "Start a New Conversation". You can add multiple staff members if you would like, however it is recommended to simply just message an online staff member. Anything regarding ban appeals, rule breaker reports and such should be directed at our Senior Moderators+ however.

In-Game

Contacting staff members in-game is quite a good option if you want to get a staff member onto a server with a rule breaker or issue. To alert any online staff members, use the /report command which will be displayed to all online staff members. Keep in mind that if there aren’t any staff members online at the time, then of course no staff members will be able to handle the situation there and then. As well as this option, you can friend staff members which will allow you to message them privately whenever they are online. Keep in mind that some staff members may not accept your friend request which won’t allow you to see if they’re online.

Slack

Slack allows users to instantly send a direct message to anyone, which is very useful to talk to a staff member that is online. You can check if they’re online by seeing if a green dot is by their name which symbolises that they’re currently logged into Slack. Sending a staff member a direct message will allow them to instantly see your message and can respond quickly. Slack is best used for urgent issues that need to be resolved. However, all hacker and chat reports should be sent to the appropriate channels rather than directly messaging a staff member.

Teamspeak

What Teamspeak allows for is instant messages to staff members, by double clicking their name which opens a private chat channel between the two of you.. Again, the issues that are messaged to a staff member on Teamspeak should not be anything about a hacker report or chat report, as these can go to Slack. If you have an issue regarding Teamspeak of someone breaking the rules, then directly messaging a staff member on Teamspeak is the best option. Make sure that the staff member isn’t in the AFK channel, or have their speakers on mute, as this means that they are most likely not to respond to quick. You can also check if a staff member will be able to respond by middle clicking their name, and looking at their "Idle Time" which will give you an idea if they’re active or not on Teamspeak.
