[CTF] Sort out the KDR Leaderboards

    If you have 5 deaths or less, you shouldn't show up on the KDR leaderboards.

    18 of the top 25 have 5 deaths or fewer. 15, including the top player, have only one death. Most of them have played for under an hour. For people like @legodow14 and myself it's discouraging to have to compete against people who haven't been online since 2015. These people should be taken off the leaderboards.

    I would like to see this implemented for HG too, but instead of a minimum number of deaths, make it a minimum number of games played. I think a minimum of 20 is decent
