    Amphetamine (speed):

    Similar to sugar in warz, you right click and get speed 2 for 30 seconds and you get 2 per life, this is useful in infect and in some cases tdm and CTF.

    Locator:

    A compass in your inventory, pointing to your nearest enemy, maybe a bit op, but it saves you getting killed by some annoying shifter camping with his/her model (if names are visible in 2.0)

    Not happening no way.
    Sugar maybe. It kind of destroys the point of the speed perk

    If you are a dedicated War player, and buy a perk, I'm pretty sure your know where the flag is because you would have the maps memorized

    It would be kind of like ctf, when a player picks up the flag you can track him
