War 2.0 no knife

    This is one of the only good gun servers in the world.

    Imagine, a 20ks perfect camping with 50 game seconds to go. Some noob jumps from behind with his knife and kills you so quickly. Nuke gone by a level 1 noob.

    So in war 2.0 I don't think we should have knives, as most a wooden sword to prevent noob kills and spamming. It also encourages new players to use there guns and not provide the enemy with easy kills.

    I disagree. You said provide them with 'eZ kills'. Well, knife is a 2-shot maximum, and quite good but not OP. I think it doesn't necessarily give eZ kills. Also, one of the main reasons the knife is there is for when your out of ammo. It does help a lot in those cases. As well as that, the knife can be used in a lot of In-Game challenges. And let's not forgot that the knife is in real CoD, which War is based on.

    It is very difficult to kill someone with the current knife. I think it should be changed to a version which 1-hits players, but has slower attack speed.

    Along with that, next time be more aware of your surroundings. I know it can be frustrating, but it's just a game. Maybe you will get a nuke next time!

    Relating to Hypixel maybe? Tbh they ruined CoC with the last update, but the knife cooldown is BS. It's not getting added.
    And it's not difficult.

    If your hit from behind with a knife the chances are the person is gonna hit you again, and it is very hard to kill someone when they have landed a hit already and they can hit again in another like 1/2 second. I belive they can be one hit kills :wink:

    You can't be one-hit with normal knife unless you are infected.

    If you get attacked by behind, no matter what weapon the other person is using, you will most likely die. Maybe if they have terrible aim and you have a bit of luck you may survive, but generally that's not the case (and shouldn't be).

    If someone took the time to get behind your team without any of you noticing, they deserve the kill(s) and you deserve to die. It's called flanking; it's a major gameplay element in FPS games and works with all weapons. Doing it with the knife is actually harder since you have to get very close to the enemy.

    I like the ideas of knives...

    What if you run out of ammo and need 1x more kill to nuke? It's happened to me before.

    In my texture pack the Superknife is Wolverine's claws...

    A knife is a one or two hit in CoD, so the normal knife is not OP at all.
    War is based on CoD so it should have a knife.

    as totom said, flanking is quite hard and you deserve that kill if you manage to do it.

    At even if he is not comming from behind, guns are still 10 times better than a knife.

    Having a shorter knife range (like superknife) would do it, more like CoD knives also because you have to be right next to the guy

    You seem very salty.
    You obviously aren't very good unless the guy had killaura and even then you are still bad.
    The knife is a staple in the CoD games, and you are stupid for wanting it removed.

    If you are hit by any gun you are most likely to be hit again bro are you mental

    If someone ambushes you from behind they're likely to kill you regardless if they use a knife or a firearm. Honestly, the knife is outclassed by nearly all other weapons because, obviously, it's a melee-weapon. It shouldn't ever be removed, mostly because it's a last-resort weapon in case you run out of ammunition or need to reload.
