    OK,
    So I go in my alt every day for kitpvp. As usual, there are hackers. I used to hack so I know if they were hacking lol.
    Besides the point, Staff don't really care about kitpvp and its really annoying. There are so many hackers and Brawlbot can't always detect a hacker or not. I literally have to send 4 or 5 complaints for it to trigger or a staff comes. I think there should be kitpvp staff members that are attentive at their job and that the staff team should take these seriously.
    There are loads of staff that do there job, and I thank you for it. But some moderators choose to ignore it even if 10 people do it. So I think we should have more kitpvp staff members (like mods can choose to moderate kitpvp on certain days). This will make a cleaner environment for the kitpvp server.

    The Staff cares about every server equally. Using the /report button, or going to report.brawl.com, is a great alternative if there is no staff member online at the time, but the fact that staff are not online does not mean that they don't care
    The 3 staff members dedicated to Kit take there jobs very seriously, and they catch as many hackers as they can. However, they can't catch everybody. That's why the report page and command was created.

    Currently (at the time of posting this) there aren't any moderators online, so that's why you didn't get a reply to your report (bad luck/timing). However, staff do come on, as you can see here on a list of latest staff logins (last login time for each mod).

    Staff members are not always on and they also can't always react to /report because they are AFK or busy dealing with a different situation. There are constant reports, so it is impossible for a few staff members to respond to all because catching the hacker takes a bit of time and effort.
    Besides, staff members need to enforce all rules, not just ban hackers.

    We will have more KitPvP Moderators if more players apply for the position; we can't magically summon them.

    And we do indeed care about KitPvP and try to ban as many hackers on it as possible, here is an example from @18kss.

    Sorry @Doges, but have to take his side on this one. I do /report all the time when I go on KitPvP, and no one ever comes. Then again, they OFTEN, not never, respond to them on other servers anyway. I'm not saying it's the staff teams as a full, just some staff don't always.
