How much gb of ram for a 100 player server ?

    The cpu specs are far more important. What kind of a server are you planning on hosting?

    I suggest creating a thread in the spigotmc.org hosting advice section.

    You wouldnt be able to host 100 players on that crap... 2gb ram costs 5$ a month + dedicated ip costs 5$ a monh + website hosting lets say 1.5$ a month = 11.5$ a month and you wouldnt even be able to host more than 40~ players maximum. 100 players would be close to 20~ a month. You could buy a decent dedicated machine from kimsufi for the same price...

    I dont need a dedicated ip, and doesnt the hosting itself go in to the 5$ price ?

    What do you mean by 5$ price? You get a server with 2gb ram and shared cpu without a dedicated ip without a website for 5$ a month. I would sill recommend going with a cheap vps or something instead.
