    Unfortunately, I reported a person for DDoS-threatening today, but the actual chat with those messages didn't get picked up. This really sucks because the person actually DDoS'ed me after those threats (at least I'm pretty sure it was him).

    Chat Report only picks up the last 30 messages that you saw in chat. Did you report the user right as it happens?

    Records last 30 messages only as @RyGuy88228 said, think there should be a forum post about specific chat rules though.

    Yes. It was literally moments after he said it. I have screenshots of some of the typings but they'll get denied.

    I have reported before about /chatreport not working sometimes. It would sometimes submit around half of the last 30 messages with the most recent being partial.
    I was told /chatreport is working fine.

    I have experienced this problem as well - I report someone immediately after they said it, and it gets denied for 'insufficient evidence' - when I copy the content from the box in the report viewing page, I find that the chat I reported them for is missing.

    I have the same issue, though the reason why the chat script does not show everything is because it doesn't fit in. Staff see the whole message, but sometimes fail to notice/punish the message. If you have report concerns PM @0racle.

    Just a heads up -not a gravedig as this is still relevant.
