HG shop items

A few of these are too OP. I'll edit in a sec I'm doing something.

Basically I think everything should be made into a less OP form, and the Speed shouldn't be available and nor should the reduced damage.
Sorry I can't be arsed to do it all again.

 

I definitely would not want to see my damage reduced, because then already quite long fights will take twice as long.

Speed 2 for the whole game would kind of negate the effects of kits like Frosty (is that even a kit anymore? I'm not sure if there was a purging of rarely used kits or not) or Scout, it would make mobility kits like Kanga or Grappler less annoying to deal with.

Haste 2 and Invincibility won't have much of an effect, other than maybe traps being a bit more easily countered because of the Haste and players having a few more minutes to make a tower or a trap.

I'd definitely appreciate a kind player buying me all the kits for a certain length of time, and it'd help bring some sense of community...maybe...

Something I did want to suggest for the Free Kit purchase would be some sort of reward for the player who bought it. Perhaps the Free Kit buyer receives a certain amount of credits each time other players select a kit that they would otherwise not be able to have, were it not for Free Kit being active.

But yeah, the suggested changes would be really nice to shake up the gameplay a bit. A shake to the formula is definitely necessary after half a decade of not really changing much to HG.....

 

Only ones I really like is the first one, the other 4 I think change the gameplay of the round a bit too much. Invincibility I like the idea of but it gives towers and traps and other things a lot of time to prepare and could change how the game plays out. Same thing with speed and halved damage.

Overall I do think a free kit booster is good though, an incentive I think people would like.
