Denied Aohariken's Sheriff Application. (With Poll)

Brawl Wild West Sheriff Application: I forgot to add a poll on my last one so here's the updated one with the poll.

Have you read over the Sheriff Handbook here? - Yes, I have read over it many times, and I fully understand, the rules, and regulations. If I need to read them again I will do so.

What is your in-game name? - Aohariken
What time zone are you in? - CST of USA

How long have you been playing Wild West? - I have been playing for a little over a 2 weeks now, but have played Brawl for over a year. This was one of the first servers I played on, but after a while I quit for a long period of time but would like to become more active again.
How active would you consider yourself? - I try to play a few hours a day, but with school, and stuff, I won't always be on. But I will try to come on a few hours every day.
Why do you want to become a sheriff? - I think Sheriffs are extremely interesting, and I would like to be like them, I would like to stop the illegal activities in Wild West, and make it a better place. I have seen times where there are no sheriffs on and crime is crazy. I hope to stop this for newer players.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges your rank will be taken away? - Yes, I fully understand the Rules and Regulations, and I do realize that I will get my rank taken away if I abuse the power. I hope that you trust me not to abuse the power. I also believe that everyone should be treated fairly, and that this is a rank for fun, and is not a staff rank. I promise to not abuse my power, and to not treat it like a staff rank.
