Gladiator + Stomper

    Glitch: If the Gladiator challenges a Stomper, and the Stomper then logs out (without combat-log), the Gladiator is TP'd straight back down. The Stomper then logs back in, is out of the Gladiator arena, and can then stomp at will.
    Steps:
    1) Gladiate a Stomper.
    2) Stomper logs out.
    3) Gladiator shifts.
    4) Stomper logs back in, falling from the sky and being able to stomp from the arena height.

    Simple counter: Anyone who logs out in the gladiator arena is killed for combat logging

    Maybe add a timer to Gladiator, as in when you're in the arena you are always combat-tagged.
