Yeah, trying to get more and more active on kit, despite the fact that I am not the greatest with a sword. Also, I have been with brawl since 2012, playing mostly the gun themed games over time. I.E. WarZ, War, Wildwest, FpsHG, Minestrike.

OK let's do a back-and-forth here then

A: You ask for more than basic maturity. You ask for absolutely no swearing, no complaining if you die/lose no matter what happened, no arguing or really conflict of any kind, just bland opinion-less statements in chat, basically. No such WarZ player exists who is currently going for moderator. And there are many more important factors that are sidelined by maturity such as intelligence, activity, dedication, etc. Not to mention the fact that you currently have ONE WARZ MODERATOR IDIOTS

B: I've seen mod gradings and well at least back in 2014 a mod could kiss-ass to get the position then barely scrape by when it came to the requirements and not get demoted. I don't know how things are done now but being real friendly with the staff definitely helps.

C: Any good punishment/justice system should trumpet common sense above rules. Yesterday Wario actually gave 2 sets of full diamond to a hacker team due to protocol. Brawl not only doesn't ban the hackers, their moderators actually help them. A human being is not a robot, they are capable of independent thought. If the protocol/staff rules results in a mod giving loot away to a hacker, I'd hope they would think twice and maybe even think about bettering the system.

But of course, who am I to say any of this? You are an admin, a member of the wonderful staff team that has contributed to WarZ's overwhelming popularity to this day! (btw not attributing lack of warz players to u specifically, but largely to the staff team as a whole that ur speaking for)

And don't worry I'm not upset at Yin I think he does a great job, just the staff team he's defending. And barely even the whole staff team, just a handful of higher-ups who wouldn't save the server when they could've.

 

A: Well if we are to take myself as an example, my most recent application was denied by Cuddled for "raging in chat" but she didn't give any evidence of this when I asked her about it and I have a feeling the Brawl staff team is generally confusing "raging" and "flaming" with holding a lively discussion and making legitimate complaints about functions of the server. People shouldn't be penalized for speaking their minds (as long as it isn't excessively offensive or harmful to others), and to me it seems like y'all don't really have a lot of choices for WarZ mods but you still you expect 100% killjoyness consistently for 3 months (source: Cuddled). No wonder no one's been accepted in 6 months. However, I hope one day you and Cuddled finally achieve your dream of a super-mature staff team that says nothing, does nothing, and ergo never rages. Success!

B: I'll concede this point, that does sound logical. And I'll admit, sucking up to Cuddled didn't stop her from denying me for the same BS reasons.

C: OK first off if you ask your staff team for common sense solutions and half of them have completely different answers to the other half; half your staff team are morons. And so in part C the hacker team I referenced is based around two main hackers; Dean and Bailey. Now ask 90% of WarZ who plays in their timezone and they'll agree, they hack. Across all of Dean and Bailey and their friends' accounts, there must be 30 or more bans for hacking. I've sat with my microphone muted in Dean and Bailey's TS channel (they forgot I was there) and they ADMITTED TO HACKING. I told all this to Wario and he asked "who's Bailey?". Don't tell me this isn't a failure of the staff team, Wario often plays at the same time and me and Dean's team. He then said he'd look into it but no action was taken, obviously. And they told me, they said this to me, that the best part of their hacker team is that they have one legit player, Dolphin, who records so if anyone uses hacks against them, he can record and get them banned. And that's what happened to me, so now I'm banned and the hacker team isn't. So don't you or anyone else in the staff team dare look down at me when I stood up to Dean's team more than any of you have done in nearly a year.

So really, in a more general sense, you make a good point that a lack of protocol leaves a way for bias and abuse. But the problem is that your protocol can be messed up when WarZ is being run by ONE mod and ONE semi-active manager who doesn't even play the server so doesn't really understand. More staff, more community input, better rules as a whole, perhaps a bit more leeway for differing circumstances and I think we'd be better off. But Cuddled fails at the first hurdle when she refuses to promote any more WarZ mods.

ik this conversation isn't meant for any1 to join in but honesty its really annoying me
(A) I can name several warz players who don't swear/complain about dieing RN... Sn4x5 (who just got jmod), endcxre, my friend Lung (who attempted for jmod about a year ago but had too many threats and problems from certain people *cough* tallscot *cough*), Boxing, and myself... I lose full d several times a day (I'm a crappy player if you didn't know) but it is a game and there is really no reason why you should be raging our cussing in the first place xD I get mad of course but I don't swear my head off at the people who killed me... what woould that do if I did? nothing. I understand that you have applied several times to become a moderator, but your attitude has completely changed after your last application... That really just gives canoodle an even better reason for why she denied you.

(B) Mods cannot do that. I know several people who have tried and failed miserably xD you need to be yourself or you will never become friends with people. You can't be someone you are not, its too obvious.

(C) I don't even know where to begin on this ... Obviously you do not play very much. I have seen at LEAST 10-20 bans a day. This "hacker team" unless you have proof that they are hacking, Wario has no reason to refrain from giving them the diamond. he would probably get in trouble with SMods and Admins for giving certain people items but not giving the different items under that same situation. So he handled the situation fine. Don't hackusate, report.
