Idea A solution for bow spammers

    Alright so let's talk about those darn bow spammers. I know i'm not the only one annoyed by the ranged players who constantly bow spam. The only way to kill them is to get right next to them, but the whole point of bow spamming is to keep them at a distance.

    So here's an idea:

    Instead of having unlimited arrows, they have 45 to begin with. In addition to getting credits and soup every time they get a kill, they will also receive 20 arrows.

    Limiting the amount of arrows they have will mean they'll have to use their arrows sparingly. If they still choose to bow spam they'll eventually run out of arrows and be forced to fight with their sword.

    What if you start with 16-32 arrows and you got 8 arrows per kill? Makes getting the head shots that much more critical.

    While I do agree with you, bow-spamming is essential because it balances out the Heavy kit. Very little players can strafe accurately against a heavy, bow spamming provides an easier alternative.

    I can strafe against a heavy,I use archer everyday.
    Though, 45 ain't enough for me even if I get a kill and start racking them. I rather have an inv full of soup then arrows.

    I like this idea. 45 arrows does seem like a bit much, though. They should get maybe 30 arrows, and each kill is 8 arrows. That would seem more reasonable, and make bow-spamming less of an option for fighting. Overall, I would like to see a system like this get added. +1
