When they add a new rule that you had no clue about

The staff team have been working on implementing a new rule to combat the few players for which mutes no longer affect. Taking a look through your mute history from this month alone, you have been muted at least 6 times. Due to this, and offenses by other players, we have found it necessary to create a stricter punishment system. For those that have had to be warned, muted, kicked, or banned repeatedly in an attempt to halt their behavior and have not stopped, we will be punishing accordingly.
