Scope for snipers

    On/off turnable ability to have scope on snipers. If you use the pumpkinblur for making this, it would work just fine. Just make it place a pumpkin on their head when they have the scope slowness effect.

    This is actually a pretty decent idea, but for some (Like Moko), who don't use the texture pack, it could be a MAJOR *****.
