    Hello Builders!

    This report gives you information about Build's state.

    UPDATES
    Some of you may of wonder why there hasn't been an update for Build in quite a while. The reason? We are currently lacking in developers and since NomNuggetNom left us there is no coder that is familiar with Build's code, thus making it hard for current coders to implement things straight away without having to learn the code first. Not to mention they are busy with other projects too, I'm afraid.

    The latest update on Build was on the 11th of August: https://www.brawl.com/threads/60116/ - we hope that you are pleased with the new features that were implemented in that update.

    I currently have a list of updates that I want, and will work for, to implement - including a /download command so that you can download your map. I appreciate all the ideas submitted in the Ideas section. I read and evaluate whether they would be a good addition or not. I'm sorry for not always responding, but I will get better at it!

    EVENTS
    I deeply hope that you have enjoyed the previous Build competitions that were hosted on Build. We made both a plot and a world based competition. We are sorry that Build crashed many times during the last Build competition.
    I'm also currently looking into ways of hosting other types of events/competitions that are not plot/world based build competitions.

    NEW PROTOCOL
    We are all aware of the current and previous, rather toxic, incidents that have occured on Build. I work hard to tackle down on the involved toxic players. I would also like to remind everyone that the new protocol for Continuous Rule Violations was enforced on the 20th. Players with 40+ offences within the latest 8 months which continues to break rules afters the 20th are at risk of getting banned. You have the possibility to buy an unban. Be aware that if you break the rules 10 more times after the unban, you will be banned again.

    NOTICE
    We have an easy command to report rule breakers - /chatreport - use whenever you see somebody that is breaking our rules.

    REPORT EVIDENCE
    At report.brawl.com
    - Pictures can be faked [Not accepted]
    - Videos [Accepted]
    If you are unable to record a video, use /chatreport

    REGARDING TOXIC PLAYERS
    You can always /chatreport them or report them at report.brawl.com. I also highly suggest you to report all common toxic players to me directly in a Private Message (PM) on the forums - always send evidence of the player (video or ID of your chatreport or ordinary report). By letting me know what's going on, I can much easier tackle down on these players.

    If we were to do another event, I would like to see it be on multiple worlds. That way we aren't packed into a small, laggy world.

    Other then that, great thread :smile:

    I mean world based would be a good idea (all player(s) get their own world). I was saying plot based could cause more lag.

    For competitions everyone should be able to make a free map called comp, there will be a template with the theme in that map, this will be an extra map and will disappear at the end of the comp.

    @MrDasky could you correct/add that chat reports via screenshots to report.brawl.com are no longer accepted because of the /chatreport command. Video clips are probably okay, but I can't think of many occasions recording is better than /chatreport.

    Good to see (I can see your not 'doing nothing' - sorry again for this false remark)

    I'd like to see more of these quick 45 minutes build competitions, as well as some of the old creative ones (hosted on build obviously), competitions that lasted a month, or 2 weeks where we are given a theme and have to build on it. This allows people who may not be able to attend the event a chance at building competitions.

    This is something along the lines of what Eil said. If there were week long Build competitions, would there be forum medals for it (like creative)?
