    Question: Whilst I do faintly recall seeing that it's allowed, I just wanted to check in before actually altering anything.
    By going into your options in .minecraft, you can alter gamma, which is brightness, and by putting in an extremely high value, it is similar to having no darkness whatsoever.
    Is altering gamma allowed?

    I think it is, you don't really have an advantage over other players in War/WarZ.
