Resource Packs on Worlds

    Hey, everyone... again! I actually have a problem that I need help with. Resource/Texture packs. I added a pack to one of my worlds and I just need so type of clarification on how the whole thing works. So basically, I started using a texture pack in the world and realized that it looks insanely different with default and probably other packs.

    These images contain the Resource Pack and what people see with the resource pack on and without it on.

    I'm pretty sure that people can use the pack when they get in my world. However, sometimes nothing pops up, sometimes something does show up, it's just confusing for me and other players when they come into the world. I got my friends to actually download the pack onto their computer. The whole situation is a mess. So I need to know...
    1. Is this being done right or is it just other players?
    2. Can anyone use the resource pack when they get on my world?
    3. Will something show up when the get on my world to use the pack?

    Hopefully, they are two easy questions that can be answered.

    Try logging directly in to the world. I've found if you log in to the main world then you might notice it doesn't load.

    When you (or someone else) join the server (however you join minecraftbuild), you must have the server in your list with ressource pack enabled:
