    You can die and then end up in a grassy area... Might wanna fix that and if you were to die end up at spawn with all your items back.

    it also happens when you fall into lava

    Tested it.
    You do get teleported to a flatworld if you die in lava. However you do not by getting killed by another player.

    Well, I don't think it's a major bug we need to focus on right now. Since it is the lobby.
