Seeing which level i unlock ex-donor guns

    I have 2 things to say. A) How do I look at which level i unlock ex-donor guns. B) If it is possible to unlock
    perks by levelling up.

    A: You can look at the donor guns in a room next to spawn.
    B: You cannot unlock perks by leveling up.
