Note: I have been improving on my maturity recently, I needed to let a little tension out of my system. I had some family stuff going on for about a month, and I still somewhat do, I'm just learning to cope with it. I hope that I can keep any of my flame down to a minimum.

Have you read over the Sheriff Handbook here? - Several times

What is your in-game name? - Crystalizations
What time zone are you in? - UTC - 9:00

How long have you been playing Wild West? - I joined around a week after open beta started.
How active would you consider yourself? - Active. The gamemode has given me a home and I will never forget it.
Why do you want to become a sheriff? - I'm looking to get more into the PvP element of the game again. I know, that's pretty much just me buttering up “I need free gear promote me plz" but a lot of the sheriff team gets hate for “cuffing" and not fighting, and several sheriffs have almost quit because of this flame. I hope to actually bring some fair fights to the bandit side of things, and still be a good sport, to make the game more fun for everyone.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges your rank will be taken away? - Of course.

I understand that I made mistakes and I'm okay with the points you bring up, but I stated that I had a lot of tension going on (not from being demoted, I have and still do have family issues) and had to let it out somehow. I do regret my actions but that was the available path at the time.
