    Hi guys, well me and @Turmac were playing some WarZ today and kind of spontaneously came up with the idea of having anvils in WarZ in which you can repair armour in. There are various ways in which the mechanics of such an addition could work, and feel free to suggest some of your own ways these are a few of mine:
    • An Anvil could be dropped in an airdrop and it could be a one use sort of thing in which when one piece of armour has been repaired by any player, it disappears.
    • The anvil(s) could be found randomly around the map, either changing location every time that chests refill, or in set positions. If this was the case then there would have to be some sort of limiting factor on how often you can use the anvil - perhaps a cool down.
    • Inclusion of ingots, necessary for repairing armour. (See below comments)
    Please do give me back your feedback on this post and do suggest your own ideas!

    I think it would also be cool if you could find ingots in chests that would help repair the armor. For example, you find an iron ingot and you can repair your iron armor for X durability, and your diamond armor for Y durability. And the same goes for diamond armor, where the iron would repair a lesser value of durability points and the diamond would repair it more.
    Any version of this sounds really good, and I'd love to see it implemented.

    Really like the ingots idea! Perhaps requiring 3 iron ingots to repair a chest plate, 2 for a leggings and 1 for helmet & boots?? Then the same for diamond & leather.

    Definitely something that could be used. Or just make combining armor together a thing so if you pick up extra broken armor you don't need you can just throw the dura into your current set.

    I don't play WarZ, but the idea is nice. I actually had a similar one for WildWest a couple months back.

    REGARDING THE MENTION OF INGOTS IN THE COMMENTS ^

    Ingots could also be used to craft bullets possibly??

    I've always just thought it would be a good idea to be able to combine 2 pieces of the same type of armor and get the combined durability back.

    This seems like a great idea considering diamond usually breaks and players get triggered over getting 1 shot due to broken armor.

    I do like this.
    Ritzy had an idea before that was that players with ranks could craft armor together. Both are pretty feasible ideas. What do you think?
